Electronic Response Metering
E.R.M measures in "real time" the response of your listeners to Morning Shows and Advertising. The testing is done in a Focus Group environment with each listener controlling a meter that so they can register their "feelings".

The results, displayed in an EKG-like readout can be monitored from the viewing room. ERM combines the elements of a Focus Group, along with some "real-time" dialog about what listeners like and dislike about local Morning Shows and Advertising Campaigns.
